“ Great atmosphere, super friendly bartender/server and hostess. The crab cakes benedict is amazing and plenty of food for two people, absolutely worth the money. The bottomless mimosas are the perfect blend of champagne and OJ, and the server/bartender will refill them for you instead of having a bottle at your table. You HAVE to try the espresso martini. It is AMAZING. We loved this place and would love to come back when we're in town again. ”
“ This was an awesome dinner experience for my wife and I. We had planned a trip to Savannah for our 10-year anniversary and wanted a place that felt comfortable yet private. This place provided just that. Upon arrival, we were greeted and wished a Happy Anniversary. They even had a table ready for us with a special hand-written card. Our waiter, Marty, was excellent. The conversation, the knowledge of the food, and the willingness to make our dinner perfect. Plenty of drink options from the bar. Now for the food, WOW!!! Don't worry about being skimped on portions. This place provides you with plenty. We had the bread and butter. This is not your everyday bread. This was homemade from scratch sourdough bread from their own bakery (on the 3rd floor). This was not an overpowering sourdough taste, but a nice subtle and airy bread. For an appetizer, we had the Sweet Potato Gnocchi and it could have been a meal of its own. Again the gnocchi was hand-made in that 3rd floor bakery. Dinner consisted of Smoked Scallops for my wife and I had a Bone-In Pork Chop with sweet potato and broccolini. Both of these dishes were on point. We finished off dinner by sharing a Banana Pudding with home-made vanilla wafers. Are you starting to get the picture of the pride these folks put into their food and the experience? Top notch place that I highly recommend. ”
“ We ate here for lunch while visiting Savannah. Highly recommended. The food is absolutely delicious. We got the brisket sandwich and split it because believe me it’s huge. Bloody Mary mix was one of the best I’ve ever had. We sat at the bar and Olivia was a great bartender and server. The atmosphere is great it’s beautifully decorated. Clearly at one time it was an old post office, which they kept the post office boxes on the front side of the entrance. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Savannah. ”
“ This is an exceptional place to eat in Savannah. You will not be disappointed! Our server, Brian, was outstanding and shared the menu highlights and specials and answered all of our questions with kindness and a smile. People like Brian make eating out worth it. Thank you for hiring good people! We tried the Grit Puppies and Pork Belly Donuts for appetizers and they are BOTH very delicious! Our entrees were the Brunch Bowl and the Steak (brisket) and eggs. The Brunch Bowl is SO YUMMY. I would love to enjoy that dish again. I also had the cappuccino which was NEEDED! I hope you make time to enjoy a meal here! ”
“ We got lucky on a Saturday night and were able to grab a bar seat, otherwise the wait would have been over an hour for a table! The restaurant is decorated very nicely and the staff were very attentive! We began with oysters - two of each for a total of ten. A few were local and others were from up north. They were excellent! The sangria vinaigrette that came with them was a nice change from the norm. The white gumbo was the best gumbo I’ve ever had. The flavor and texture was amazing. The shrimp had a nice grilled flavor to them that really stood out. My wife had the pineapple situation, a half pineapple filled with pineapple fried rice and topped with mahi mahi, with a chili glaze on top. She said it was phenomenal and a very unique dish! Overall, we loved it and will be back! ”
